Ashland, Kentucky Conference Center
Pilllar, LLC provides a Kentucky team that will bring in some of the best affiliated partners in the country to help create a work of art of the City of Ashland.
This project is a Public-Private Partnership lead by Pilllar with the professional services of Brandstetter Carroll Inc. and Trace Creek Construction. The City of Ashland recently purchased the historic Paramount Theater (1931), located adjacent to the site for the Conference Center, currently in the planning and design phase. The Theater holds 1,400 and will greatly compliment the offerings of the conference center. The center is slated to have 18,000 s.f. of rentable space with 7,000 s.f. of pre-function areas within the 25,000 s.f. two story building. The new conference center will connect to the Paramount theatre with both interior and exterior spaces.
The City received an AMLER grant and State Tax Incentive Financing to support the project.
