Jake Schirmer

Jake Schirmer has been responsible for leading numerous development projects,
opportunities, and construction projects in Kentucky and surrounding states. He was
responsible for achieving success by implementing creative solutions both as a contractor and as a developer.
Mr. Schirmer has more than 20 years of commercial lending and banking experience. He held several leadership positions throughout his career. Bridging new opportunities for owners, he integrates the capital component with construction, and utilizes his business acumen to advance development projects.
Early in his career as a credit analyst, Mr. Schirmer earned an MBA from Illinois State
University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He is also a veteran and proudly served in the United States Army.
